COFFEE BUDDY
Seeking enthusiastic volunteers who enjoy a good cup of Java and some company to share it with. We enjoy trips to our local coffee shops and are eager to meet and create special new friendships with you.

SWIMMING
If you love the water, are able to swim well, and have some water rescue skills, then come out and have some fun with us in the pool. We are always looking for some experienced swimmers to accompany us to the pool.

MOVIES
If you can't get your wife or girlfriend to take in the latest action packed "guy" flick, then I am just the movie companion for you. I would love to have the company of a fellow action sci-fi buff to go to the occasional movie with.

WALKING
Do you enjoy window shopping & leisurely strolls around town? Would you like some compnay to share the sights with? We love to walk in the fresh air and check out the shops on Broadway and we would enjoy your company and conversation during our walks.

DARTS
Are you a fellow dart enthusiast? Would you enjoy a friendly game of darts while making a new friend? I would love to accompany you to your favourite game location and be challenged and rewarded with a friendly game of darts.

BALL HOCKEY
Do you have space for one more occasional player on your ball hockey team? If you do, then I am the player for you. I'm an avid hockey fan and would enjoy a game of hockey with you and your friends or just one on one.

COMPANION
I am a very personable and friendly young lady who enjoys meeting & making new friends & sharing new experiences. One of my passions is collecting recipes and I would love to share my extensive collection of recipes gathered over the years with you.

WHEELCHAIR & WALKING ASSISTANCE
The people we support enjoy taking in the sights and sounds of our community. During these trips we require the assistance of volunteers to push wheelchairs or just provide a guiding arm. If you would be interested in accompanying us on these walks please call us.

ACTIVITY/CRAFT ASSISTANCE
Our Options program participants regularly create seasonal crafts which are then sold at our annual craft sales. We would enjoy the company of some volunteers to help us with this creative and fun process.

CHOIR
As an integrated volunteer choir we are always looking for some fresh talent. Choir members meet at CLD once a week to share some songs and lots of fun. During the holiday season our choir perform at Avalon Retirement home and at other local venues.
